How to re-energize after a night of drinking

So here you are again: poking your head out from underneath the covers, squinting at your phone, thinking, “I shouldn’t have had that last drink.” That party last night was epic, though! Everybody had a great time, but it’s no secret that staying up late, having lots of drinks, and dancing your ass off can take a toll on your body. Now it’s time to face the consequences and get your day going, but how are you supposed to do that when you feel like sh*t?
